Our Systems
Laurenco Waterproofing Systems are easy to apply, do not require hot kettles or other dangerous equipment, and have little to no temperature restrictions. This speeds up project timelines and helps crews keep on track to finish the job quickly when other waterproofing systems can’t.

RMA Systems
Our RMA waterproofing system is built around a cold-applied, reinforced, rubber modified asphalt sheet. It is a two-part inter-reactive system consisting of a woven glass membrane and a VOC compliant rubberized asphalt adhesive.

PMMA SYSTEM
Our PMMA waterproofing system is a cold, fluid-applied waterproofing material designed for use by itself, or in conjunction with the Laurenco RMA system and PMMA-based roofing and waterproofing materials. It is a two-part, high quality resin designed for roofing and waterproofing applications not subjected to vehicular traffic.

LAURENCO DECK SYSTEM
Our Laurenco Deck System is a cold, fluid-applied protection and waterproofing system designed for use on parking decks, walkways, flight pads, and other areas where fast return to service, extreme durability, and performance are necessary. It is a layered system made up of specially formulated, high performance PMMA products that are designed to handle vehicular traffic areas. Can be used to protect and waterproof covered and uncovered decks.

Our comprehensive training program is designed to ensure the highest standards of installation and performance. Contractors who complete our free, hands-on training class gain in-depth knowledge of proper application techniques, best practices, and quality control for restorative waterproofing systems. Upon successful completion, participants become approved applicators, allowing them to qualify for manufacturer-backed warranties—giving both contractors and property owners confidence in long-term protection and workmanship.
