The CHALLENGE
The SOLUTION
Laurenco provided the solutions for the main built-up roof assembly of each building, the green roofs at each of its setbacks, the IRMA systems at their adjoining lower plazas, and the rear courtyard waterproofing. The university was also the first to recognize the value of our MVS moisture suppression sealer on the lightweight structural concrete slabs and invested in its use across the project significantly improving sequencing and schedule.
Princeton then leveraged the success of our products on more campus projects like the new UHS University Health Service buildings and the new Dillon Gymnasium wing and renovations. The university is currently continuing the use of FBC-Laurenco waterproofing on the next three scheduled projects, including the new Hobson College buildings and the Dean Mathey Courtyard renovations.
