WARRANTY ELIGIBILITIES

Approved applicators are eligible for Bronze, Silver, and Gold Warranties.

Our approved applicator training program combines a technical classroom presentation in the morning with lunch and hands-on installation training on a full mockup in the afternoon. The program is designed to equip applicators and their crews with the technical knowledge and practical experience required to confidently and correctly install Laurenco Waterproofing products and systems.

Training sessions are held at our Medina, Ohio facility, with onsite training available upon request. While prior experience in roofing or waterproofing is preferred, it is not required. Contact a Laurenco representative today to schedule your approved applicator training.

Training sessions at our Medina, Ohio facility are offered at no cost

We recognize that travel is not always feasible, so onsite training options are also available. For onsite training, the only requirement is the purchase of mockup materials and coordination with a Laurenco representative to construct the mockup prior to the training session.

Approved applicator certification lasts for three years.

All individuals who complete the training session will receive a certification letter and maintain training certification for a period of three years. Recertification is a streamlined process designed to keep crews up to date on Laurenco Waterproofing products and systems while reinforcing best practices and application standards.
