The CHALLENGE

One World Trade Center is the fifth largest office facility in Portland at approximately 475,000 square feet and is the corporate home of PGE. Laurenco Waterproofing was chosen and used widely throughout the approximately one block spread of the project.

The SOLUTION

Our RMA products were used extensively in the capacity of plaza waterproofing and split slab waterproofing under pavers and pavement. The PGE green roof assembly situated over the parking facility was also waterproofed with the FBC-Laurenco system.
