The CHALLENGE

A temporary roof was needed to allow interior work to begin to construct the indoor/outdoor gathering area.

The SOLUTION

On the 5th floor, Laurenco SPC was applied as temporary roof to dry-in allowing interior work to begin. Adhered Insulation and coverboard — First layer of insulation adhered in Laurenco Adhesive. 2-layer Laurenco Waterproofing System followed by Laurenco Premium Protection Sheet. All exposed flashings and penetrations waterproofed with Laurenco PMMA Overburden = XGRASS Superlawn Xtreme Synthetic Turf.

On the 8th floor, Laurenco SPC applied as temporary roof to dry-in allowing interior work to begin. Adhered Insulation and Coverboard, first layer of insulation adhered in Laurenco Adhesive. 2-layer Laurenco Waterproofing System followed by Laurenco SPC or G-Cap. All exposed flashings and penetrations waterproofed with Laurenco PMMA Overburden = Elevated steel grating system with 2’ x 2’ x 2” pavers.
