Laurenco Deck System products are two-part, high-quality PMMA resins engineered to function as a complete, standalone waterproofing system for concrete decks. Designed for high-performance use on both covered and uncovered applications, the system is suitable for vehicular traffic and demanding service conditions.

The Laurenco Deck System is engineered to protect structural concrete from water intrusion, chlorides, and deicing chemicals while accommodating traffic loads and thermal movement. Each component is designed to work cohesively as part of a fully integrated assembly, including surface preparation, crack treatment, primers, traffic-bearing waterproof membranes, wear courses, and final protective layers—ensuring long-term durability and reliable performance.

Each component is designed to work as part of a cohesive system that delivers reliable protection under demanding service conditions. The Universal Blue PMMA Primer enhances application accuracy through improved visibility, allowing for more precise coverage verification and more thorough inspections.

The system’s controlled “snap-cure” formulation provides a predictable working time, giving applicators sufficient opportunity to properly place and detail the resin before rapid cure—supporting both quality installation and schedule efficiency. In addition, Laurenco PMMA catalyst packs improve jobsite safety and consistency by eliminating the need to handle loose powdered catalysts. Pre-measured gel catalyst packets reduce exposure risks, simplify mixing, prevent ratio errors, and help crews work more safely and efficiently while maintaining system performance.

Laurenco PMMA and Deck System products are specially designed with a longer, lower-viscosity mix before the product quickly “snaps” to cure. This gives the applicators extended working time without overworking the material.

BLUE PRIMER

Laurenco Universal BLUE Primer incorporates a blue tint to improve visual coverage verification, simplifying inspections and allowing applicators to easily identify underapplied areas.

USE ALL SEASON LONG

The Laurenco Deck System is engineered for application in temperatures from 20°F to 120°F, enabling year-round installation in most climates and supporting accelerated project schedules.
